All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Bangladesh).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been picked, packed, and dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): BDT 80 flat rate across Bangladesh.
Express Shipping (1–3 business days): BDT 200 flat rate across Bangladesh.
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over BDT 2,500.
3. Delivery Areas We currently deliver to all major cities and towns within Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, and Rangpur. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us at support@variedcozyshop.com to confirm delivery availability.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
You can check real-time status until final delivery.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you within 3 business days, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a BDT 150 restocking fee will apply for re-shipment.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send photos of any damage and your order number to hello@variedcozyshop.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
