Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Damaged Packages: If your items arrive damaged:

- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
All orders are insured for their full value.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized/custom items, intimate goods, and clearance/final sale items.

- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack items securely with all original packaging and tags
- Ship using the provided return label (for eligible returns)
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
Defective or Incorrect Items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Canada & USA: We can deduct return shipping from your refund if you prefer.
International Returns: Customer pays return shipping. We recommend contacting us first as return shipping may be expensive.
Yes! Exchanges are easy:
For the same item in different size/color:
- Contact us with your exchange request
- Return the original item
- We'll ship the replacement at no additional cost (if available)
For a completely different product: We recommend processing a return for refund and placing a new order to ensure fastest delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.
Processing Timeline:
- Once we receive your return: 2-3 business days to inspect
- Refund issued: Within 7 business days of inspection
- Refund appears in your account: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank/card issuer)
You'll receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you don't see your refund after 14 business days from our confirmation email, please contact your bank or contact us.

Cotton & Percale: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Remove promptly to minimize wrinkles.
Linen: Machine wash cold, line dry or tumble dry low. Linen softens with each wash.
Silk: Hand wash or machine wash delicate cycle in cold water. Air dry only, do not wring.
Faux Fur: Hand wash in cold water or spot clean. Air dry flat, brush gently when dry.
