Order Confirmation

You will receive two important emails:

  2. Shipping Confirmation: Sent when your order leaves our facility, includes tracking number

⚠️ Customs Declaration Policy

We accurately declare all product values and contents as required by international law. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue products to avoid customs fees. Requests to do so will be declined.

Customs Delays

Shipments may be held at customs for inspection, typically 1-5 business days. If held longer:

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees:

  • Package will be returned to us (may take 4-6 weeks)
  • You'll be refunded the product cost minus return shipping and restocking fees

Lost or Stolen Packages

Package shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive it:

We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If not found, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Damaged Packages

  4. Resolution: We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund

All orders are insured for their full value at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

Before Shipment: Contact us immediately to update your address (within 2 hours of order).

After Shipment:

  • We'll attempt to intercept with the carrier (fees may apply)
  • If delivery occurs to wrong address, you're responsible for reshipment costs

Delayed Shipments

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned as "undeliverable" due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status:

  • Unclaimed packages refunded after deducting return shipping and 15% restocking fee
