We offer a generous 30-day return policy for most items. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

The 30-day return period begins on the date of delivery, not the date of purchase. Track your delivery date in your shipping confirmation email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition Requirements
✓ Unused and Unworn
Items must be in the same condition you received them. They cannot show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
✓ Original Tags
All original manufacturer tags, labels, and barcodes must be attached to the item. Items with removed or damaged tags cannot be returned.
✓ Original Packaging
When applicable, items should be returned in their original packaging (boxes, bags, wrapping). This helps ensure items arrive back in good condition.
✓ Proof of Purchase
You must provide a receipt, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase. We cannot process returns without verification.
⚠️ Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for return unless marked "Final Sale." Clearance items under $20 are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Returns Team
Email returns@variedcozyshop.com with the following information:
- Your order number (found in order confirmation email)
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return (helps us improve!)
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 hours, we'll send you:
- Return Authorization Number (RAN): Required for processing
- Return Shipping Label: For eligible returns (defective/incorrect items)
- Return Instructions: Packing and shipping guidelines
- Return Address: Where to send your package
ℹ️ Return Authorization Required
Do not ship items back without first receiving a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Step 3: Pack Your Return
Prepare your return package carefully:
- Place items in original packaging (if available)
- Include all accessories, tags, and documentation
- Write your RAN clearly on the outside of the box
- Secure the package to prevent damage during transit
- Attach the return shipping label (if provided)
Step 4: Ship Your Return
With Prepaid Label (Defective/Incorrect Items):
- Attach provided label to package
- Drop off at nearest carrier location
- Keep tracking receipt for your records
Without Prepaid Label (Change of Mind):
- Ship to the provided return address
- Use trackable shipping method (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Insure package for full value
- Save tracking number and receipt
⚠️ Customer Responsibility
You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend insured, trackable shipping as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

ℹ️ Partial Shipment Returns
