Placing an order on Varied Cozy Shop is easy:

  1. Browse our products and click on the items you're interested in
  2. Select your desired options (size, color, quantity, etc.) and click "Add to Cart"
  3. When you're ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner
  4. Review your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout"
  5. Enter your shipping and billing information
  6. Select your preferred shipping method
  7. Enter your payment information
  8. Review your order and click "Place Order"

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations

All transactions are processed securely through our payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for a small additional fee. During checkout, you'll have the option to select gift wrapping and include a personalized message. Your gift will be beautifully wrapped in our signature packaging with a gift card containing your message.

No, only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple discount codes, please use the one that provides the best value for your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout:

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders under $50 will incur a shipping fee of $5.99.

Expedited and express shipping options are available at an additional cost, regardless of order total.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or others at your address who may have received the package
  2. Look for a delivery notice indicating where the package was left
  3. Contact the shipping carrier for more information

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date.

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  2. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with tags attached

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Complete the return form that we will send you
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
  4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible
  5. Include the completed return form and write the RA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times, typically 5-10 business days.

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

In the following cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label:

Many of our products are handmade or handcrafted by skilled artisans. We clearly indicate on each product page whether an item is handmade. Due to the handmade nature of these products, there may be slight variations in color, pattern, or size, making each piece unique.

Care instructions vary by product and material. Specific care instructions are included on each product page and with your purchase. Generally:

  • Fabrics: Check the label for washing instructions. Many of our fabrics are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water.
  • Wooden Items: Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive moisture.
  • Ceramics: Most ceramic items are dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended for handmade or delicate pieces.
  • Metal Decor: Clean with a soft, dry cloth. For tarnished metal, use appropriate metal polish.

We are committed to sustainability and offer a growing selection of eco-friendly products. Look for our "Eco-Friendly" tag on product pages. These products are made from sustainable materials, produced using environmentally responsible methods, or both.

We also strive to use minimal and recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.

If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications on the product page. We'll email you when the item is back in stock.

For handmade or limited-edition items, restocking may take longer or may not be possible. Feel free to contact our customer service team for more information about specific products.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Most items come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Some products may have extended warranties, which will be noted on the product page.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

If you experience an issue with a product that you believe is covered by warranty, please contact our customer service team with a description of the problem and photos if possible.

You can update your name, email address, phone number, password, and other account details. If you need to change your email address, you may need to verify the new email address.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact our customer service team at support@variedcozyshop.com with your request. Please include the email address associated with your account.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your account information, order history, and saved addresses. This action cannot be undone.
