1. Shipping Locations

- Canada: All provinces and territories

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items. APO/FPO addresses are accepted.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events).

4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. This offer:
- Applies to standard shipping only
- Cannot be combined with other shipping promotions
- Applies to the order subtotal before taxes
- Does not apply to expedited or express shipping
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package by:

- Visiting the carrier's website directly with your tracking number
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

7. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, etc.)
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered early
If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, please contact us at support@example.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your address after placing an order:
- Contact us immediately at support@example.com
- We can only change addresses before the order ships
- Once shipped, address changes must be made through the carrier
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees

- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned to us

We are not responsible for carrier delays during peak seasons.
12. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
- We will contact you to verify your address
- You may be charged for reshipping costs
- If we cannot reach you within 30 days, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee
13. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Return Policy.
14. Shipping Insurance
All orders are automatically insured for their full value at no additional cost. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
15. Signature Requirements
For orders over $200, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign:
- The carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery
- You can arrange to pick up the package at your local carrier facility
- You may be able to authorize delivery without a signature through the carrier's website

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Customs delays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
